Refund Policy.

How AlchemiStudio handles refunds across enterprise subscriptions, trials, cancellations, and exceptions.

Section 01

Overview

AlchemiStudio is primarily provided under enterprise subscriptions and/or signed Orders. This Refund Policy explains how refunds (if any) are handled.

Section 02

General Rule: Fees Are Non-Refundable

Unless required by law or expressly stated in a signed Order, fees are non-refundable. This "non-refundable except as required by law or contract" approach is common in SaaS subscription terms.

Section 03

Trials and Pilots

If we provide a free trial or pilot:

trial access ends at the end of the trial period unless converted to a paid Order,
no charges apply unless you sign an Order or explicitly authorize billing.

Section 04

Cancellations

If you cancel a subscription, cancellation takes effect according to your Order.
You may retain access until the end of the then-current billing term unless otherwise stated.
No refunds are issued for unused time unless your Order states otherwise.

Section 05

Exceptions

We may provide refunds or credits if:

we materially fail to deliver the Service as described in the Order and cannot remedy within a reasonable time, or
a refund/credit is explicitly approved in writing by us.

Submit requests to hello@alchemistudio.ai with:

account email / organization
invoice number
reason for request

Section 07

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend the account while investigating. We encourage contacting us first to resolve billing issues.
