Cockpit
AlchemiStudio’s Cockpit is the organization-level administrative console that gives IT administrators and account owners centralized control over every aspect of the platform — from user and group management to access policies, billing, integrations, and compliance.
What you can do

| Manage users | Invite members, assign roles, deactivate or reactivate access, and monitor seat usage across Copilot, Console, and Compute |
| Manage groups | Create groups, assign members, edit group details, reassign users between groups, and delete groups |
| Configure access policies | Set account-level, group-level, and user-level access policies for models, agents, integrations, and platform features |
| Manage integrations | Add, configure, authenticate, and remove third-party service integrations for use across the platform |
| Allocate credits | Set group and member credit budgets, review and approve credit requests, configure cycle cadence, and adjust account-level credit settings |
| Track costs | View cost breakdowns by model, group, user, agent, integration, and operation; export reports as PDF or Excel |
| Review audit logs | Search and filter the full audit trail of administrative actions with time-range filtering |
| Handle support tickets | Review and manage support requests submitted by users in your organisation |
| Manage notifications | Configure and manage notification templates for platform events |
| Handle conversations | Start new independent threads, manage output files and artifacts, branch threads, and review conversation history |
Where to find it
Open AlchemiStudio and click Admin Cockpit under the CONTROL section in the left sidebar, or navigate directly from the Copilot interface using the Admin Cockpit shortcut.
