User Management
AlchemiStudio’s User Management panel gives administrators full control over who can access your organisation’s workspace — including inviting new team members, assigning roles, and revoking or restoring access.
What you can do
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| View users | Browse the full user list, search by name or email, and sort by any column |
| Monitor seat usage | Check live Copilot, Console, and Compute seat consumption from the dashboard header |
| Invite a user | Send an onboarding email to a new team member and assign their role upfront |
| Change a role | Promote a User to Admin or demote an Admin to User — changes apply instantly |
| Deactivate a user | Revoke access without deleting the account; the user can be reactivated later |
| Reactivate a user | Restore access for a previously deactivated member |
Roles
There are two roles in AlchemiStudio:
- Admin — can invite users, change roles, deactivate/reactivate members, and manage the organisation
- User — standard product access only; cannot manage other users
Where to find it
Open AlchemiStudio and click Users under Organization & Access in the left sidebar, then click User Management.
