User Management

AlchemiStudio’s User Management panel gives administrators full control over who can access your organisation’s workspace — including inviting new team members, assigning roles, and revoking or restoring access.

What you can do

View usersBrowse the full user list, search by name or email, and sort by any column
Monitor seat usageCheck live Copilot, Console, and Compute seat consumption from the dashboard header
Invite a userSend an onboarding email to a new team member and assign their role upfront
Change a rolePromote a User to Admin or demote an Admin to User — changes apply instantly
Deactivate a userRevoke access without deleting the account; the user can be reactivated later
Reactivate a userRestore access for a previously deactivated member

Roles

There are two roles in AlchemiStudio:

  • Admin — can invite users, change roles, deactivate/reactivate members, and manage the organisation
  • User — standard product access only; cannot manage other users

Where to find it

Open AlchemiStudio and click Users under Organization & Access in the left sidebar, then click User Management.
