This page is the support statement referenced by the SUSE Ready for AI certification. It states AlchemiStudio’s support for SUSE AI and the supported Rancher Prime and RKE2 versions.

Support statement

AlchemiStudio Platform is supported for production use on SUSE AI, running on Rancher Prime and RKE2, on the versions listed below. AlchemiStudio (developed and maintained by AlchemiStudio) provides commercial support for the platform on these declared versions.

Supported versions

Patch releases within the same Rancher/RKE2 minor are supported on a best-effort basis until formally re-validated. The full compatibility matrix is on the Requirements page.

Maintenance & security policy

• AlchemiStudio is the primary developer and maintainer of the platform.
• Vulnerabilities: critical vulnerabilities are patched in a timely manner and delivered as updated image and chart releases.
• Release notes: serious bugs and security-relevant fixes are disclosed in release notes with each version. See the release history.
• Updates: the platform is updated proactively across supported SUSE versions.
